This workshop invites you to explore new ways of connecting with others through authentic expression, deep listening, and playful interaction.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll journey from light and playful connection-building to deeper self-exploration. Through a mix of interactive exercises, including activities in pairs, groups and individual practices, we’ll explore what it means to connect genuinely—with ourselves and with others.

The event is designed to create an atmosphere of openness and curiosity: whether you’re new to exploring authenticity or looking for fresh ways to connect with like-minded people, this workshop provides a safe and playful space to express yourself fully.

• Doors open at 18:15. The workshop starts at 18:30 and finishes at 21:00, please be on time to make sure someone is available to let you in
