DESCRIPTION:Over dit evenement\n[English: see below]\nWe gaan weer contactimprodansen! (Meer informatie over deze dansvorm staat onderaan.) Een jam betekent vrij dansen: niets hoeft, van alles is mogelijk.\nWe starten met een inleiding en er wordt een warming up aangeboden. Daarbij wordt aandacht besteed aan bewegen vanuit jezelf en in en uit contact gaan in de dans.\nVoor deze avond is geen ervaring in contactimprovisatie nodig. Aan degenen die dat willen, zullen we een korte workshop bieden. Meer informatie over deze dansvorm staat helemaal onderaan.\nDe deur is open vanaf 19.00 uur, we starten om 19.15 uur.\nDraag soepele, comfortabele kleding. Zorg voor laagjes, zodat ook je kleding aan te passen is aan wat klopt op dat moment.\nNeem je je eigen theebeker mee?\nPrijzen\nZie de info bij de ticket-opties. Goed idee: een strippenkaart samen delen. Via het gratis ticket kun je aangeven dat je meedoet. Contant betalen ter plekke is ook mogelijk. Dan ook is het gratis ticket te gebruiken.\nAls je graag mee wilt doen, maar de prijs vormt een obstakel, neem dan contact op. We kijken samen naar mogelijkheden.\nLET OP: SOORT SPEURTOCHT NAAR VERBINDINGSPLEK 2\nZoek een parkeerplek in de buurt van Marconilaan 4B, bijvoorbeeld in de Frankrijkstraat. Kom je met de fiets, kun je die parkeren naast De Obelix, het zwarte flatgebouw op de kruising van de Marconilaan en de Boschdijk.\nDe toegansgpoort naar het trappenhuis is links naast café Bosporos, in de hoek. Bel aan bij nummer 4B en we openen de deur voor je. Vervolgens loop je de trap met grote treden op. Boven ga je links de hoek om en loop je rechtdoor over het groene pleintje en zie je de studio. Er staat 4B in het groen op het raam.\nCONTACT IMPROVISATIE\nHet is een vrije dansvorm: het hoeft er niet op een bepaalde manier uit te zien. Iedere dans is weer anders. Je ontdekt wat er in het moment kan ontstaan aan beweging vanuit jezelf.\nIn contact met anderen ontdek je hoe je samen kunt bewegen. Anderen geven je meer mogelijkheden om te bewegen: je kunt elkaar spiegelen of juist niet, een gezamenlijke beweging maken, elkaars gewicht delen, over elkaar heen rollen, draaibewegingen maken, enz. Dat kan rustig, voelend zijn, maar ook energiek en/of speels.\nAls je beide aan blijft voelen hoe je zelf wilt bewegen en hoe de ander beweegt, dat als inspiratie gebruikt, kan er een dans ontstaan die zichzelf lijkt te sturen.\n________________________________________________\nWe’re Contact Improvising Again!\nA jam means free dancing: nothing is required, anything is possible.\nWe’ll begin with an introduction and offer a warm-up. During this, we’ll focus on moving from within and exploring how to enter and exit contact in the dance.\nNo prior experience with contact improvisation is needed for this evening. For those who are interested, we’ll offer a short introductory workshop. More information about this dance form can be found at the bottom.\nThe door opens at 19:00, we start at 19:15.\nWear loose, comfortable clothing. We’ll explore possibilities together.\nNOTE: A LITTLE TREASURE HUNT TO CONNECTION SPACE 2\nLook for a parking spot near Marconilaan 4B, for example on Frankrijkstraat.\nIf you’re coming by bike, you can park it next to De Obelix, the black apartment building at the intersection of Marconilaan and Boschdijk.\nThe entrance gate to the stairwell is to the left of café Bosporos, in the corner. Ring the bell at number 4B and we’ll open the door for you.\nThen walk up the stairs with large steps. At the top, turn left around the corner and walk straight across the green courtyard—you’ll see the studio. The window has “4B” written in green.\nCONTACT IMPROVISATION\nIt’s a free-form dance: there’s no set way it should look. Every dance is different. You discover what movement can arise in the moment from within yourself.\nIn contact with others, you explore how to move together. Others offer more possibilities for movement: you can mirror each other—or not—create a shared motion, share weight, roll over one another, spin, and more. It can be calm and sensitive, but also energetic and/or playful.\nIf both dancers stay attuned to their own and each other’s movement and use that as inspiration, a dance can emerge that seems to guide itself.\n
